Our elementary-age ministry, called Flock, is so named because Jesus often calls His followers sheep! Literal sheep learn to recognize the voice of their shepherd and follow him to safety and sustenance. As “sheep” in the Lord’s Flock, we learn to recognize the voice our Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, so we can grow, mature, and live a life devoted to God and serving others.

Flock is held most Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

Our middle-school-age ministry, called Summit, is for youth in grades 6-8. The summit refers to our journey of faith with its ups and downs, as well as alluding to the Source and Summit of our faith: the Eucharist! For youth of this age, everything can feel on edge: their friend groups are shifting, their own growth and mental development is rapidly changing; their relationship with their parents and siblings might feel different, and so on. Youth of this age are beginning to take a broader interest in the world around them and are growing toward an ability to think deeply and critically. At the same time, middle school youth are still kids! They like to be silly, have fun, and be active. 

Summit is held most Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

Our high-age ministry, called Cor, is named after the Latin word for heart. The goal is to help the high school youth really dig into the heart of the matter: who God is, who they are, why our Catholic faith makes a difference, and what they can do now and in the future to live out the heart of who they are as God’s sons and daughters. Saint Andre Bessette once wrote, “God is love and he loves us. That is the heart of the Christian faith!” Cor takes this “to heart” for our high school youth. We use curriculum from a variety of solid Catholic publishers, such as Ascension Press, Our Sunday Visitor, and more.

Cor is held twice per month on Sunday evenings from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Most of the weeks are “every-other” but there are a few exceptions to work around holidays.
