BRAT FEST VOLUNTEER INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURES
CAR SHOW
Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult. This person will serve as a cashier for cars registering the day of the event. Cash handling will be required.
FOOD TENT
Volunteers must be 13 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult. This position will serve brats, hotdogs, and chips and restock food condiments. Volunteers will not be expected to grill. No cash handling.
SNACK TENT
Volunteers must be 13 years of age or accompanied by an adult. This position will collect tickets for snack items, prepare and serve carameled apple slices, serve popcorn and Dilly bars. No cash handling.
KIDS' GAMES
Volunteers will assist with monitoring and running various kids' games.
HOSPITALITY
Volunteers will serve as a guest helper by performing jobs like helping people carry food to their table, remove trash and wipe down tables, direct guests to restrooms, and replace restroom supplies.
50/50 RAFFLE
Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult. This position is responsible for walking the crowd collecting cash and selling 50/50 Raffle tickets.
WRIST BAND IDs
Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. This position will identify guests ensuring they are at least 21 years of age before issuing a wrist bands needed to purchase alcohol.
